Frequently Asked Questions
What makes the Leadership Bootcamp different?
Leadership Bootcamp is built for behavior change, not exposure to concepts. Each module uses a curriculum-based approach designed for retention and real-world transfer with practice, tools, and measurement baked in. Participants leave with repeatable operating mechanisms (e.g., decision logs, 1:1 agendas, feedback scripts) that improve execution in their current role and remain transferable across contexts.
What’s included?
Every engagement can include:
Live facilitation + hands-on practice (virtual or in-person)
Templates and toolkits, such as:
1:1 agendas
feedback scripts
team norms canvas
3×3 updates
readbacks
decision logs
Pre/post pulse measurement plus 30/90-day adoption checks
1-page outcomes readout with themes, insights, and recommendations
Optional individual or team coaching/mentorship to reinforce adoption and sustain change
What is the best way to purchase Leadership Bootcamp programs?
There are two ways to engage:
A la carte modules
Choose a specific module to address a defined competency gap.
Packaged solutions (recommended)
Select a curated path of four or more modules designed to build capabilities in a structured, scaffolded sequence.
Not sure what you need? We can run a short discovery to identify gaps and recommend the best path. Get in touch to learn more.
Should we choose a packaged solution over a-la-carte?
Usually, yes. Packaged solutions are designed for maximum impact and internal consistency because advanced leadership skills build on foundational capabilities. Packages also provide cost efficiencies compared to purchasing modules individually.
Can we customize a packaged solution for our organization?
Yes. We can tailor modules and packages to match your strategy, values, and talent priorities. That can include incorporating:
your business cases and scenarios
your leadership principles or competency model
your internal language and operating norms
Which competencies do you focus on for executives and managers?
The executive/manager track focuses on the most high-impact, hardest-to-build leadership capabilities, including:
strategic thinking and translating vision into execution
developing talent through coaching and succession planning
navigating productive conflict and facilitating constructive debate
building trust, influencing stakeholders, and persuading effectively
How is the curriculum different for individual contributors vs. managers?
The curriculum is role-specific by design:
Managers/Executives
Emphasis on strategic impact, resource allocation, delegation, organizational navigation, and developing others.
Individual Contributors
Focus on influence without authority, agile learning, action orientation, interpersonal effectiveness, and core problem-solving to drive independent results.
How do we know it’s working?
Measurement is built into the program. Depending on scope, we use:
Pre/post pulses (e.g., psychological safety, manager confidence, influence confidence)
Cohort NPS + qualitative feedback
Behavior adoption metrics at 30/90 days (e.g., use of 1:1 agendas, readbacks, decision logs)
Anonymized artifacts (team norms, decision logs, etc.) + a 1-page outcomes readout with recommendations
What is the duration of each module?
Most modules run two weeks. An eight-module package typically runs about 16 weeks. Timelines are flexible, and modules can be condensed or expanded depending on your goals and operating constraints.
What is the structure of a module?
Each module includes:
At least two live sessions (customizable duration; default 60–90 minutes)
A short, practical briefing on the core concepts
One or more skill-building modalities (e.g., roleplay, exercises, scenarios, gameplay)
A workbook and applied assignment that ties the concepts to participants’ real work
Optional coaching or office hours to accelerate adoption
Do you offer both virtual and in-person curriculum delivery?
Yes. Leadership Bootcamp can be delivered fully virtual, fully in-person, or blended to match your team’s geography and constraints.
Can you provide ongoing support after a module is complete?
Yes. Coaching, mentorship, and follow-on measurement can be layered in to reinforce adoption and sustain behavior change.
Will coaching slow us down?
No. Done well, it speeds outcomes. Coaching reduces rework by improving decision quality, clarity of commitments, and follow-through.
How quickly can we start?
Most cohorts launch 2–4 weeks after scope is approved. If timing is tight, we can reserve dates while finalizing the engagement details.
