Frequently Asked Questions

What makes the Leadership Bootcamp different?

The Leadership Bootcamp is so much more than an hour-long slide deck about concepts, abstract principles, and role-playing or breakout rooms. Every module is developed for retention and transferability using a curriculum-based approach, based in management and leadership research and designed for immediate practical application. Leaders and individual contributors develop the skills and behaviors that are most impactful for the organization and which can be transferred to any context, not just what they’re doing right now.

What’s included?

  • Live facilitation and hands-on practice.

  • Templates & toolkits: 1:1 agendas, feedback scripts, team norms canvas, 3×3 updates, readbacks, decision logs.

  • Pre/Post pulses + 30/90-day adoption check.

  • 1-page outcomes readout with recommendations.

  • Optional individual and team coaching or mentorship to help ingrain lasting behavioral change.

What is the best way to purchase Leadership Bootcamp programs?

There are two ways to engage with training content: A-la-carte and packaged solutions.

  • A-la-carte: Choose any individual training module from the leadership or individual contributor tracks to target a specific competency gap within your organization.

  • Packaged solutions: Purchase a curated learning path that bundles four or more modules to provide a comprehensive learning experience for a defined cohort.

Should we choose a packaged solution over a-la-carte training?

Packaged solutions are designed for maximum impact and internal consistency. Since more advanced skills build upon foundational competencies, a packaged solution ensures content is delivered in a structured, scaffolded approach for sustained behavioral change. Packages also offer cost efficiencies compared to purchasing modules individually.

Can we customize a packaged solution for our unique needs?

Absolutely! Tailored content enables building programs that align precisely with your organization’s strategy, values, and current talent challenges. Your specific business cases, leadership models, and corporate language can be incorporated into the training design to make content personal and relatable.

Which competencies do you focus on for executives and managers?

The competencies in executive and manager training modules are the most challenging to develop and highest-impact across all organizational levels. These include skills like developing a strategic mindset to translate vision into breakthrough strategy; developing talent by coaching leaders and succession planning; managing conflict to resolve high-tension issues and facilitate constructive debate; and instilling trust and persuading to gain confidence and influence.

How is your curriculum different for individual contributors versus managers?

Content is role-specific:

  • The manager/executive curriculum emphasizes strategic impact, resource allocation, delegation, organizational navigation, and developing others.

  • The individual contributor curriculum focuses on skills needed to gain influence without authority, nimble learning, action- and bottom-line orientation, interpersonal skills, and core problem-solving to achieve independence and drive personal results.

How do we know it’s working?

Another differentiator of the Leadership Bootcamp curricula are the built-in key performance indicators and metrics. The following are some of the methodologies used to gauge self-efficacy, training effectiveness, and real-world performance:

  • Pre/Post pulses (e.g., Psychological Safety, Manager Confidence, Influence Confidence)

  • Cohort NPS + qualitative feedback

  • Behavior adoption metrics (e.g., use of 1:1 agendas, readbacks, decision logs at 30/90 days)

  • Anonymized artifacts (norms, agendas, decision logs) and a 1-page readout

What is the duration of each module?

On average, each module takes two weeks to complete; an entire eight module package will require approximately 16 weeks to complete. Every module is customizable, so you can spend more or less time in each, depending on your needs.

What is the structure of the modules?

Each module includes at least two live sessions of customizable duration (by default, they’re one hour each), once per week or more. These live sessions include a briefing of the key concepts of the module, one or more modalities for real skill-building (role-playing, gameplay, exercises, etc.), and a workbook to strengthen the module concepts in the participant’s specific context that is used for the duration of the module.

Do you offer both virtual and in-person training delivery?

Yes, fully facilitated live training is delivered both in virtual and in-person formats. Delivery modes can be selected to best suit your team’s geographic dispersion and constraints.

Can you provide ongoing support after a training module is complete?

Yes, complementing formal training with coaching and mentoring can help ensure sustained behavioral change.

Will coaching slow us down?

No. Done right, it speeds decisions and reduces rework when paired with clear commitments and follow-through.

How quickly can we start?

Most cohorts launch 2–4 weeks from the green light. If you’re moving fast, we can hold dates while we finalize scope.
