His work combines over two decades of experience leading and consulting high-performance teams at some of the most recognized companies in the world, combined with the latest research in organizational change, behavior, and leadership.

Jeff has held leadership positions at:

  • Netflix, where he led multi-disciplinary teams and partnered with global leadership to plan and execute worldwide internal team mergers.

  • Snapchat, where he formed a program management office, developed a technical M&A playbook, and led the technical integration of over US $1B in acquisitions.

  • Tinder, where he built and led a multidisciplinary team managing global operations.

  • Twitter, where he developed processes and trained staff to save hundreds of hours of labor across multiple teams.
